Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

International Orders & Cross-Border Purchases
No-Return Policy for International Orders
For international customers, including cross-border shipments, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons unrelated to product defects or shipping errors.
Due to international shipping, customs clearance, and product safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are non-refundable.
